Comedian Yoon Hyungbin has won the hearts of the entire country.

On the 9th of February, Yoon Hyungbin made his debut as a MMA (mixed martial arts) fighter in Seoul Olympic Hall. His first opponent was Japan’s Takaya Tsukuda, who was also fighting his debut fight.

Many of the audience members were celebrity friends of Yoon Hyungbin. Many of them were fellow comedians, singers and actors, and all were praying for a good fight.

At first, Yoon Hyungbin was hit several times and the fight was very nerve-racking for many of the viewers. However, at the end of the fight, Yoon Hyungbin made one punch and Takaya Tsukuda was K.Oed.

With this victory, the crowd went wild and many of Yoon Hyungbin’s friends burst out in to tears. On Twitter, comedians and singers such as Ji Seokjin, Seo Kyungseok, Kim Changryeol (DJ D.O.C) and HaHa all tweeted on how proud they were of him, and that they were deeply moved to tears.

This fight has hailed Yoon Hyungbin a national hero, and has been the talk of every media channel in Korea.
