"2 Days 1 Night" revealed new cast

15 Feb – The list of cast for season 2 of the South Korean variety show "2 Days 1 Night" has finally been revealed.

According to Soompi, on 9 February, the show's new director Choi Ja-hyung revealed that the confirmed cast for the second season of "2D1N" include existing members Lee Soo-geun, Uhm Tae-woong, and Kim Jong-min. They will be joined by actors Kim Seung-woo, Joo-won, and singer Sung Si-kyung.

However, the recent updates also listed an unexpected member, actor Cha Tae-hyun, who best known for his role in the 2001 romantic comedy "My Sassy Girl".

Another official from KBS also revealed, "The basic format for "2D1N" Season 2 will not change greatly. It plans to continue the existing format. Under the direction of Choi Ja-hyung, we believe that it will be even more fun for viewers to watch."

The new season of "2D1N" will record its first episode on 24 February and will air on 4 March.
