It's little Carrie Bradshaw! Sarah Jessica Parker's daughter Loretta wears a tutu just like mom
Her mother Sarah Jessica Parker famously donned a tutu for the opening credits of the hit show Sex And The City.
And it appears three-year-old Loretta wants to look just like Sarah's alter ego Carrie when she grows up - and she's already getting practice.
The little girl was wearing a frilly pink tutu on her way to school on Friday in New York with her famous mother, 48, and twin sister Tabitha, after Sarah Jessica recently commented that her twin girls 'pick out their own clothes everyday.'
Sex And The City flashback: Sarah Jessica Parker's three-year-old Loretta wore a tutu to school on Friday in New York like her mother's character Carrie in the iconic show
Loretta looked like a mini Carrie in her pink floral tutu dress paired with lilac leggings, pink shoes and a leopard-print cardigan, topped with a black-and-white Emi-Jay flower headband.
She was full of energy as she ran ahead of her famous mother, sister and nanny as the foursome made their way to the children's Manhattan school.
Even when holding Sarah Jessica's hand at one point, Loretta couldn't contain herself and sprang high in the air as her mother held her with both hands to stop her from falling.
Uniform line: Sarah Jessica was seen holding her other daughter Tabitha's hand, while the children's nanny clasped Loretta's as they made their way to the girls' school
Up we go: Loretta was full of energy as she jumped in the air as her mother held her steady
And we land! Loretta looked proud of herself as she landed on both feet while Tabitha looked on curiously
My turn! Tabitha followed suit, springing from the same platform as her sister while Sarah Jessica held her arm
Tabitha, meanwhile, looked adorable in a brown dress with white polka-dots paired with a zebra-print cardigan and yellow shoes, as well as a bright red hairband in her dark blonde hair.
She appeared more relaxed than her energetic sister as she calmly walked alongside her mother, although she also tried her hand at a jump while Sarah Jessica held her steady.
Staying true to form, Sarah Jessica pushed the fashion envelope by pairing jeans and a T-shirt with a metallic green jacket and beige suede ankle boots.
Mum in charge: Sarah Jessica looked in-command as she held her daughters hand as they walked along the busy Manhattan street
Another jump: Tabitha was clearly energetic, taking another giant leap as they stepped off the pavement

It hurts: Tabitha touches her mouth, her face in pain, as Sarah Jessica leans over to find out what is the matter
Sarah Jessica wore her highlighted blonde hair loose and unstyled over her shoulders and appeared to have ditched the makeup, opting to cover her eyes with large black shades.
The star appeared to have her hands full with her two little girls as they both demanded her attention during the walk.
She was seen leaning over to placate Tabitha, who appeared to have a pain in her mouth, while picking Loretta up in her arms at another point.
Mummy, I'm tired: Sarah Jessica scooped Loretta up in her arms at one point during the walk
Stylish trio: Sarah Jessica and her daughters looked like they had stepped off the pages of a fashion magazine in their creative attire
Sarah Jessica was then seen having a Carrie moment of her own after dropping the twins off at school when she stood in the street hailing a cab.
She appeared to have no luck in flagging one down, as at least two passed her by without stopping.
Her character in Sex And The City was known for taking taxis around the city, and was often seen waiting for one in the iconic series.
Her own Carrie moment: Sarah Jessica was seen hailing a cab just like her character in Sex And The City did numerous times
Looking good: The actress showed off her quirky style with a green letallic jacket paired with a simple T-shirt and jeans
Sarah Jessica said on Wednesday that she has no say in what outfits her twins wear.
'They pick out their own clothes every single day,' Sarah told People at Tiffany‘s Blue Book Ball in New York. 'They won’t listen. I just provide the clothing and a lot of those dresses they wear are from my childhood or my niece’s young childhood.'
Sarah Jessica and Matthew Broderick's little girls even have a daily clothing picking ritual, where they choose what outfits they will be wearing the following day.
'We have a routine. They pick out their clothes at three o’clock when they wake up from their nap,' said the star.
No luck: The star waited patiently for a cab but they kept passing her by
Come on: Sarah Jessica starts to look a bit grumpy that no cab will stop for her
'We tell them nothing. We just give them the temperature outside and if they don’t pick enough clothing, then we say, "You need leggings or pants. You need to add something so you’ll be warm enough." That’s all they would listen to.'
Sarah adds: 'One is more serious than the other. Loretta will sometimes say, "Mama, can you help me with my bundle." Bundles are what we make for the next morning.
'But Tabitha is completely on her own. She’s extremely independent. They pick their hair ties, which are Emi-Jay. They only wear Emi-Jay hair ties and insist upon it. They pick their own headbands, pick their own hats. It’s very amusing and entertaining for me.”
The twins have even raided their mother's closet and tried on her Jimmy Choo and Christian Louboutin heels.
'They do try my high heels on, but they are forbidden to leave the house in them!'
Finding the humour: The star managed to laugh at her situation as she continued to wait
Success! A cab finally stopped for the patient star, who smiled with relief as she ran to open the door
