    Great texting phone

    Pantech did a good job with this phone design. Compact, thin and light weight. Excellent key design with a raised keys instead of typical flat keys. This key design prevents accidental pushing of more than one key at a time. Since smartphones have gotten bigger, Pantech could offer this phone in a bigger size to allow for even faster and easier texting. It's pretty small. The phone looks like a Blackberry, but trumps Blackberry in keyboard design with it's raised key style. The rubberized back make it easier to hold versus the smooth and slippery backs on most phones. I did not find a case necessary, however, definitely purchase and apply a clear screen protector to protect against scratches.     Great model of phone..easy to use. Price was great, no hassle replacement.

    Dog chewed corner of original phone, thankfully only affecting the screen, but I screen was scratched. Couldn't be repaired. This model is not available anymore. All I needed was device replcmnt so I could just switch SIM card. EBay provided me with several choices and the item I picked looked like perfect replacement, even a coupled of enhanced features. It was used and described as having some minor cosmetic effects. However, what I got was like brand new!!! Love this model, so easy to use. Didn't need Smart phone but this is pretty close to one. Price was so reasonable. VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER!

    Just what I needed

    This Link II has enabled me to keep doing what I want to do with my phone: make calls and send text messages. It's dependable, has helpful features, and isn't too complex. Battery life is pretty good, too. Screen is bright, clear, readable. I can't customize everything on it, but it's a phone I can live with.

    One of the better inexpensive simple phones

    I already had one of these and tried a few others because my businesses require us to have more than one phone. This one definitely has the best sound quality as far as talking with people which is important especially in a business setting. What could use improvement is the whole speaker system, which is pretty terrible both for speaking and hearing on. The battery life is also lacking, but perhaps that is because I bought it used. I will say, however, my other phone of this model also has a shorter battery life. However, I bought that one used as well. All around, it is a good phone, especially for its price, and the qwerty keyboard is a wonderful feature if one does any amount of texting.

    Everything you need in a phone and more!

    I love it, I didn't get instruction book with it and I could figure out a lot on my own. The PDF is available on AT&T site. The sound quality is great I have been told by the people I have called. It has many features I like. It is great! I would recommend to all. It does run the battery down but I was told that the battery has a memory and if you let it run completely down before charging it and charge it fully the battery will reboot and last a long time.
