What Do You Think Of Pointy, Piecey Bangs, Like Rachel Weisz Has Here?

Rachel Weisz has gone and gotten herself a set of bangs--and they're not the heavy-to-the-brows or deeply sideswept style of bangs we see most often these days.

Rather, Rachel's bangs are choppy and piecey, with lots of space in between each little section of hair. (I am assuming for the time being that these bangs are real, not a clip-in hairpiece, although celebs sometimes trick us with the latter, so I'm not ruling out the possibility that Rachel will be bangs-less again next week).

When I see bangs like this, I think "pointy bangs", because of the way the sections taper at the ends. Like sideswept bangs, they're a nice less-committal way to try out some face-framing fringe--not as major a hair overhaul as getting a set of straight-across, brow-grazing bangs. But piecey little bangs are also tougher to clip back or to the side when you want to go bangs-free for a day.

What do you ladies think of bangs like these? Do you like how they look on Rachel Weisz, and would you ever experiment with them yourself?
