Happy International Women’s Day to the remarkable women around us.” Today is about celebrating all the women in the world that support and inspire others to have the confidence to chase dreams. I feel blessed to be in an environment where I’ve always felt supported and encouraged to achieve my goals and dreams, by all my leaders and family. My team is an all women team, with many strengths, experiences and different backgrounds. I feel honoured to work with these amazing ladies who deliver so much - thanks ladies for the laughs, hard work and support. Let’s continue to recognise those who support others and celebrate the successes of our women around us. Happy International Women’s Day

I feel blessed to have found myself in the beautiful land of Sri Lanka. It has quite possibly been the most unexpected joyful holiday. The people have been so welcoming, the countryside is so beautiful (there are no photos that do it justice) and the food is delicious! What more do you need? After a few days here at Uga Ulagalla I feel like I’ve left the world behind, it’s so amazingly peaceful, thank you so much to Adventure World for the recommendations, our trip has been amazing and there’s more to come! So great to be sharing the good news this morning on Newstalk ZB that we’re seeing inbound travelers return, Flight Centre stats showing that travel to New Zealand has increased by 65% in the past three months. Earlier this week I got the opportunity to experience “Connection” at the Lume in Melbourne. Connection is the most expansive tapestry of First Peoples' art ever assembled, Connection brings to life nearly 650 works from 110 visual and musical artists in the world's largest digital art gallery. For 45minutes I sat spellbound, walking away with so much to reflect on, these exhibitions cross so many cultures and generations in education, an amazing experience and exactly why I love to travel and learn, it must finish end 4th February, highly recommend!

Fantastic day yesterday being hosted by our partners Intrepid Travel at the Australian Open, an amazing way to start 2024 travel adventures. If you’ve been thinking about coming, do it! What will you say yes to? … On the 9th of November I had the amazing opportunity to co MC with the amazing Clinton Hearne at our first ever Flight Centre Leadership Conference in Brisbane, 500 of our global Team Leaders and 67 of our generous partners. 2 days of pushing my boundaries, multiple outfit changes including a captain and a dragon, 20,000 steps a day as we danced on stage to our own DJ, lots of laughs and of course lots of work, what a amazing, scary and rewarding opportunity - so glad I said yes, yes to being all in, not half in… massive thank you to everyone who cheered us on, encouraged us and danced with us - loved it 😊 I have it all captured and on my desk to remind me of what a saying yes can mean

Congratulations to everyone who graduated tonight and to those just beginning their journey. Such a wonderful evening with genuine purpose, thanks to everyone at TIME for including us and for all of your hard work. Great to see our very own Kelly Thomas leading the way and becoming a mentor. Last week I celebrated 25 years with Flight Centre, I’m really not sure where all of that time has gone! I have now been at FC over half my life! I can remember my interview, my first day, my first international trip because of my new job at Flight Centre, I have some many wonderful memories, plenty of funny ones too… the internet arriving, paper ticketing, late nights and my first mobile phone with the internet! I’m now likely older in FC years than our newer recruits… now there’s a thought! So many different roles, opportunities and learnings… and of course plenty of hard days, but anything worth having is worth working for! So many pics to chose from but here’s 2 that make my heart happy, my area Revolution that won Most Improved in 2016 and our FCNZ Team celebrating at Globals 2023… thanks FCTG for opening the world up to me ❤️ #25thanniversary #flightcentrenz #grateful

Followed on by taking 65 of our top performers to join over 2000 of our top global performers in Bali for an epic few days of conferencing and celebrations, international acts, guest speakers, sunshine, connection and the release of our next Global Gathering … Lisbon! Our people work so hard for this recognition and it’s so special to be able to celebrate together outstanding results, and of course to connect with our international colleagues. The future is very bright, “tough roads lead to beautiful destinations”, and we’ve done some pretty tough times so shout out to all the Flighties thanks for everything!!!
