After almost 15 years, Wilma Doesnt's dream wedding with non-showbiz boyfriend Gerick Livelo Parin finally happened.
On Thursday, March 24, 2022, the couple's closest friends in showbiz and politics drove all the way to Tagaytay City to witness Wilma and Gerick's union at the Aquila Crystal Palace.
Here are some of the celebrities PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) spotted.
The couple's children were all present on their special day.
Wilma's three children had special roles at the wedding. Her second daughter Svetlana (second from right) was the candle sponsor, while her youngest, Araion (middle), was the Bible Bearer.
Her eldest daughter Asiana (far left) took on two roles: aside from being the veil sponsor, she also stepped in as Maid of Honor, on behalf of Leyte Representative Lucy Torres-Gomez, who wasn't able to attend the wedding.
Wilma co-hosted The Sweet Life on the defunct channel QTV11 with Lucy from 2007 to 2010.
Meanwhile, Gerick's son Harley Parin (far right) served as the groom's Best Man.
Politicians were also spotted at Wilma and Gerick's wedding.
Cavite Governor Jonvic Remulla (fourth from right), Senator Bong Revilla (third from right), and Cavite Representative Jon-Jon Ferrer (second from right) were among the couple's principal sponsors.
Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez and GMA-7 broadcaster Mel Tiangco were also part of Wilma and Gerick's principal sponsors, but they weren't able to make it.
The bride's modeling career began in Mel's defunct talk show Mel & Jay in the 90s.
Other principal sponsors: Doyeth Cajulis, Sonia Salazar Caing, Regina Magno Mercado, Cecille Taglinao Prudente, and Elwin Pedraza.
PEP.ph also spotted actresses Phoemela Barranda (second from left) and Angelu de Leon (fifth from left) as bridesmaids.
The other bridesmaids were (from left) Maricris Perez-Lontok, Baba Parma, Tin Corpuz, and Grace Molina.
Gerick's groomsmen were Gerson Parin, Erick Baylosis, Alex dela Cruz, Kerby Salazar, and Arnold Tacos.
According to their wedding invitation, Mishka Baylosis was their Coin Bearer, while Julio Daep was their Ring Bearer. The couple's flower girls included Zhavia Gerona, Sophie Baylosis, and Kiara Elise Carl.
Summit Media's former Editorial Director Myrza Sison (middle) came with her husband, restaurateur Andrej Wisniewski (far left).
They were accompanied by (second from left) events director Robby Carmona, (second from right) celebrity hairstylist Jing Monis, and fashion designer Randy Ortiz, who designed Wilma's wedding gown.
