Towering K-pop boy group Super Junior are due to release their ninth studio album on October 14.

Nine members of the boy band formed in 2005 – Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryewook and Kyuhyun – have reportedly been working on the album.

On Tuesday, cryptic retro photos teasing the release were released on the group’s website. They feature each member with different props such as a roller coaster, camera and TV.

It has taken 10 years for the band to make their return with their full line-up, as members had to serve compulsory military service or, alternatively, “social service” duty.

The cryptic images released for Super Junior’s 2019 comeback.

Super Junior will appear in the reality TV show SJ returns 3 on September 9 to discuss the new album. They will also perform live at the KSPO Dome in Seoul on October 12 and 13.

Super Junior rose to stardom with hits including Sorry, Sorry from 2009. Original member Kangin left in July this year following a series of scandals.
