With dozens of incredible resorts dotting the Las Vegas Strip, the competition to stand out is exceptionally fierce. It's no surprise that these hotels look to their spas to provide some serious wow factor.  With gorgeous hammams, high-tech treatments, and some of the most relaxing spots on The Strip, here are 10 of the best spas in Las Vegas.

Booking Tip

Book your treatment at least a week in advance to ensure you can select the time and service that works best for you.

The Spa at Aria

The Spa at Aria has a selection of whirlpools, steam baths, and saunas in both locker rooms, along with several co-ed spaces. There is a lounge filled with heated Japanese stone ganbanyoku beds, a Shio salt room, and a therapy pool perched on a balcony above the main pool deck. Signature services tend to focus on hydration — be it their Fiji Body Wrap or their Energy of the Glaciers Facial that uses products from Swiss skincare brand Valmont, perfect for parched desert skin.

"It didn’t take long after checking into The Spa at Aria on an especially sweltering summer day in 2023 to understand how massive the facilities are," T+L contributor Katie Chang said of her recent visit. "I recommend the Hydrafacial, a multi-tasking treatment that transforms dull complexions to plump perfection. Set aside plenty of time to take advantage of the more unique amenities, such as the Shio salt room, fireside lounge, and ganbanyoku stone beds. Given the spa’s popularity, book your treatments at least a week in advance."

Bellagio Spa & Salon

Just off this property’s iconic and ever-changing conservatory lies one of Las Vegas’s most well-programmed spas. In addition to offering the city’s only Watsu massage (a combination of zen shiatsu and stretching done while gently floating in a private heated pool), they also boast traditional ashiatsu, CBD therapies, and a couple’s suite with its own pool. What’s more, their salon features a private barbershop for traditional cuts and decadent shaving rituals.

And relaxation doesn't have to end when you leave the spa, thanks to the hotel's Stay Well rooms. T+L contributor and Pilates studio owner Jean Chen Smith stayed in one of the recently renovated Stay Well rooms at The Bellagio on a recent trip. "The rooms feature an air purification system that reduces pollutants and pollen, which is especially nice for allergy sufferers like myself. StayWell’s memory foam mattresses help to support those with back pain and lumbar issues, while Soundscape helps to induce calm with the sounds of nature as you unwind from the stress of the day. I had never tried it before, but it was so effective I purchased a similar machine for my home."

Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace

While this Caesars spa features a modern Roman bath complex complete with an Arctic ice room where it actually snows, it’s Qua’s unique services that truly stand out. The menu includes a Cleopatra Golden Goddess Facial featuring Natura Bisse products and a 24-karat gold Knesko mask as well as a Mojave Rain Massage. The latter starts with a sage smudging and application of nine essential oils that act as a natural Icy-Hot on the back before a total body massage commences.

T+L special projects editor Elizabeth Rhodes visited this spa for a day of recovery after seeing Adele's residency at Caesars in November 2022. "What better way to recover from a Vegas night out than a massage and a refreshing dip in the spa's Roman baths? After a relaxing treatment followed by moments in the sauna and ice rooms, my sister and I were ready for another exciting day in the city."

 Sahra Spa at The Cosmopolitan

The Cosmopolitan's menu of services is enticing, with HydraFacial, Intraceuticals, and NuFace experiences in addition to massages. But it's the hammam that makes Sahra a destination worth visiting. For the ultimate escape, you and up to three friends will want to book their popular CBD Moroccan Journey a few months out. For this treatment, guests enter a private hammam and lay on a heated mother stone where they are cleansed with Moroccan mint tea silt bubbles before undergoing a dual exfoliation with a traditional kese mitt and then a CBD coffee and Himalayan salt scrub. Next, a boreal forest mud mask is applied before guests enter a steam bath. Pure honey is then lacquered on before another steam followed by a whirlpool soak, and the service concludes with a CBD and botanical-infused massage.

The Spa at Encore Las Vegas

At Encore's spa, the light and ethereal aesthetic sets the stage for some decadent relaxation. With multiple pools, natural light, and the most over-the-top path to treatment rooms, this spa is a luxe place to relax on The Strip. For the ultimate indulgence, book their Journey to Euphoria, where two therapists complete a four-handed massage and exfoliation treatment over 105 minutes.

 AWANA Spa at Resorts World

As the first newly built spa on The Strip in over a decade, this facility is very well thought out. From its curvilinear walls to its Fountain of Youth, AWANA screams zen. Here you’ll find the country’s first aufguss performance sauna, where Sauna-Meisters use aromatherapy and dancing towels to move heat through choreographed movements. Himalayan salt stone massages and Reiki and Chakra healing sessions relax the body, while medical-grade HydraFacials, face yoga, dermaplaning, and gua sha treatments refresh the face.

This renowned French cosmetic company has a cult-like following of fans who can’t get enough of the brand's phytotherapy-rooted products. What those passing by the bustling boutique may not know is that there is actually a secret spa cabin tucked in the back that proffers just one thing — a selection of the best facials this writer has ever had. Facials start at $200, and it’s strongly recommended to book your slot well in advance.

Canyon Ranch at The Venetian

Clocking in at 134,000 square feet and with over 90 treatment rooms, this is one of the world’s largest spas. What’s more, they’ve packed the space with every conceivable amenity, from a 40-foot rock wall in their gym to crystal steam rooms, experiential showers, a laconicum, a salt grotto, and even a wave room where a domed canopy adds to the multi-sensory experience. Whilst their menu spans 40 pages, we are particularly obsessed with their new Thailates service. The treatment starts with a 25-minute reformer workout before progressing to a 50-minute Thai floor massage.

The Spa at Waldorf Astoria

This non-gaming property is a luxe oasis amid the Vegas Strip. Perched on the seventh and eighth floors, guests are afforded sweeping Strip views from jacuzzis that emit Champagne-like bubbles through submerged loungers. The service menu is tech-forward and features HydraFacials, red-light therapy, and assisted stretching that makes use of Theraguns and RAD rollers. For those looking for deeper work, select a Thai fusion, Thai floor, or Himalayan sphere stone massage (offered with or without cupping).

The Spa at Wynn

Thanks to this spa’s recent renovation, their relaxation room is one of the prettiest spaces in the entire city. But it’s their standout services, such as the Restorative Arnica Massage that incorporates the natural anti-inflammatory properties of arnica with deep tissue work and the Samadhi Enlightenment experience, that keep guests coming back. The Samadhi Enlightenment treatment incorporates singing bowls, Ayurvedic massage, and Chakra alignment for a deeply relaxing break from the casinos and lights of The Strip.

"In December 2022, I headed to Wynn Las Vegas to preview Living Well, a program based on three pillars (Renew, Replenish, and Re-energize) to help guests practice self-care while on vacation," says Chang. "The Renew part takes place at The Spa at Wynn, a 45,000-square-foot oasis luxuriously done up with a rich palette reminiscent of nightfall, Murano glass vases, and vibrant koi fish murals by Paul Montgomery. Though the Good Luck Ritual, a comprehensive 80-minute head-to-toe session inspired by the five Chinese elements, is the spa’s claim to fame, I opted for a CBD massage to loosen up my stiff neck, back, and hips."
