技术领域
本发明涉及医疗用品技术领域,具体涉及一种植入式生物人工肾装置及其应用。
背景技术
随着社会发展和人民生活习惯的改变,高血压和糖尿病的发生率逐年增高。因而,这两种疾病最重要的共同并发症——慢性肾功能衰竭的发病率也显著上升。慢性肾功能衰竭患者最终都要进入到尿毒症期(以下简称尿毒症)。目前世界上对尿毒症的治疗主要有以下三种方式:肾移植、血液透析和腹膜透析。由于全球范围内肾源的缺乏,导致目前不到1%的尿毒症患者能够接受肾移植手术。
血液透析和腹膜透析虽然能解决尿毒症患者的存活问题,但都由于其自身存在的问题而限制了其临床应用。比如,血液透析患者目前需要在医院内才能完成治疗,限制了患者的活动范围和上班的问题。另外,腹膜透析治疗虽然能在患者居家进行,但患者出行时需要携带大量的腹膜透析液,很不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种植入式生物人工肾装置,它结构简单,体积小,可植入到患者体内,方便了透析患者的治疗,扩宽了患者的活动范围。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明采用以下技术方案:它包含植入式生物人工肾本体1、肾小管上皮细胞层2、纳米级聚乙烯乙二醇硅颗粒膜3、动脉端4、静脉端5和尿液流出通道6,植入式生物人工肾本体1的内部设置有纳米级聚乙烯乙二醇硅颗粒膜3,纳米级聚乙烯乙二醇硅颗粒膜3的外侧设置有肾小管上皮细胞层2,植入式生物人工肾本体1的一端与动脉端4连通,植入式生物人工肾本体1的另一端与静脉端5连接,且尿液流出通道6一端与植入式生物人工肾本体1相连接。
本发明的应用方法为:它的动脉端4与肾动脉相连,尿毒症患者的血液经过本植入式生物人工肾本体1的“清洗”后经静脉端5与肾静脉相连的导管回流体内,装置内的血液在体内血压力作用下经过纳米级聚乙烯乙二醇硅颗粒膜3的滤过,形成“原尿”,纳米级聚乙烯乙二醇硅颗粒膜3类似于人类肾小球滤过膜,对于分子量大于4.2万道尔顿的分子起到很好的阻挡作用。与尿毒症患者体内血液成分相比,“原尿”内基本没有大分子成分比如免疫球蛋白等,尿毒症毒素也被滤过到“原尿”中,但其内的氨基酸、葡萄糖、小分子蛋白、电解质成分和HCO3 -等与血液相类似。“原尿”内的成分经过装置内的肾小管上皮细胞结构2重吸收,其内的氨基酸、葡萄糖、小分子蛋白、电解质成分和HCO3 -等又被重新吸收入血,回流至体内。“原尿”中的剩余代谢产物、酸性成分等则随尿液流出通道6流至膀胱而排出体外。人类肾小管上皮细胞有再生功能,可不断“补充”,而凋亡的肾小管上皮细胞本身和代谢产物则随本装置滤过后产生的“尿液”通过尿液流出通道6排出体外。
本发明具有以下有益效果:它结构简单,体积小,可植入到患者体内,方便了透析患者的治疗,扩宽了患者的活动范围。

参照图1,本具体实施方式采取以下技术方案:它包含植入式生物人工肾本体1、肾小管上皮细胞层2、纳米级聚乙烯乙二醇硅颗粒膜3、动脉端4、静脉端5和尿液流出通道6,植入式生物人工肾本体1的内部设置有纳米级聚乙烯乙二醇硅颗粒膜3,纳米级聚乙烯乙二醇硅颗粒膜3的外侧设置有肾小管上皮细胞层2,植入式生物人工肾本体1的一端与动脉端4连通,植入式生物人工肾本体1的另一端与静脉端5连接,且尿液流出通道6一端与植入式生物人工肾本体1相连接。
