Today I wanted to talk about Kaichou aw Maid-sama. The anime consists of drama, romance, and comedy. It is definitely a classic puller that makes a person want to watch more of it. Misaki Ayuzawa works hard to claim the position of student council president of Seika High School, being the first female to do so out of the former all-boys school. A recently turned co-ed school Misaki works her best, using her intelligence and Aikido techniques at times to get the misbehaving boys straight and protect the few girls that attended the school. Using harsh discipline, she is aiming to make the school better and all in all, get more girls to attend Seika. In order to maintain her position, however, she must keep her part-time job a secret or all else would be ruined, or so she thinks. Misaki works in a maid cafe, the only few places that were lenient with her schedule and agreed to her circumstances. Misaki worked in the cafe in order to help pay the bills in her financially poor family. Not even having a father to help work, she thought of needing to at least take off some of the burden on her mother's shoulder, as being the oldest daughter. She managed to keep her perfect image covered over the students but was suddenly caught in the act one day by Usui Takumi, the most popular guy in the school. Surprisingly to Misaki, Usui doesn't tell anyone about it, but rather take a big interest on her. However, the popular flawless Usui himself, seem to keep a couple hidden secrets. Throughout the anime, romance slowly blooms as well as many obstacles and shocks block the road to success for the two protagonists. Working hard together, the unbeatable couple achieve the impossible and aim for what is right. I think this anime is seriously great, the romance plot flows smoothly and teaches some morals to the main protagonists themselves. They each learn something new and develop into better characters throughout the plot. It is not the number one anime in the wolrd or anything, but definitely has made its small history in the anime timeline. Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed it! Come back again next week to see more anime recommendations and reviews.
